Our Theory of Change

Redearth Education's approach is centred on the continuing professional development of in-service teachers to upskill them in their practice. Our model is planned to provide future local sustainability.

Our Theory of Change is developed around a grassroots approach which builds from the training of teachers upwards to Ministry level.
